Plants are available for local pick up only. Ruinous Revived plants are carefully hand picked from greenhouses and brought to the shop. When purchasing plants from the online shop the plant chosen may not be the exact plant photographed. Our plants are cared for with love and attention to guarantee they leave our shop in healthy established condition. All plant sales are final and are not available for exchange.
Plants are available for in store pick up only at our Wappingers Falls location in New York. Plants will not be shipped.

Plant sales: All plant sales are final and are not available for exchange. Plants are available for local pick up only and will not be shipped.
Restored pieces: All known problems are repaired and resolved but, this does not always prevent the need for repair in the future due to age. While this is true we always strive for customer satisfaction. If an issue arises you can feel free to contact us to see if we can resolve any problems.
All full priced items are eligible for our 14 day return policy. All returns are eligible for store credit only. The customer is responsible for returning the product back to Ruinous Revived with in this timeframe. Shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return, including sales where the price has been negotiated.
